Users and vendors must not:

IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, MISUNDERSTANDING, OR DISAGREEMENT ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE BITAKIJO ONLINE MARKETPLACE SERVICES, AGREEMENTS, SYSTEMS, OR OPERATIONS, THE PARTIES SHALL FIRST ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE MATTER INTERNALLY THROUGH GOOD FAITH DISCUSSIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE BITAKIJO ONLINE MARKETPLACE COMPANY PROVIDER.
IF THE DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVED INTERNALLY WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD, THE MATTER SHALL THEN BE REFFERED TO THE COMPETENT COURTS OF THE RELEVANT DISTRICT IN KASULU KIGOMA, TANZANIA.
WHERE THE DISTRICT COURT LACKS JURISDICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATTER MAY BE REFFERED TO ANOTHER COMPETENT COURT WITHIN THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.
BY USING THE BITAKIJO ONLINE MARKETPLACE SERVICES, USERS AGREE TO FOLLOW THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE INITIATING FORMAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
